Does anyone repeat the same words or phrase nearly everytime they have a seizure? My husband always says the same thing. He rhyms words and calls out to a person named, Nate, who he calls Gay Nate. I have asked him if he knows a Nate and he said only one, who is not gay. I am trying to understand why he says the same phrases everytime. Anyone have any experience in this area?

I had never heard from anyone that I say strange things after having a seiz. but then when I had one at work one day I was told that I say wierd things and tell people to leave me alone because my mom was coming to get me and we were going to go do something, of course I don't remember any of this due to this happening after a grand mal, but what is really wierd is that when I first heard that I do this I told them that I had no reason to be saying it, because my mother had died 7 yrs before. Yikes!
