My Daughter was on Keppra. But, yes, I think w/drawal & introduction to New med could trigger them. It will take time to flush the Primidone out of your system. Drink Lots of Water & Juices! Panic Attacks may be a Side effect of either/or. Then again, they could be a 'silent seizure'. Seizures that are 'felt' but, 'unseen'.
Soooo, Start a Journal, More info Under Recommendations. :) There is a Pattern already established by you. Now, consider everything Else you did B4 your incident. :)
Meds: How long have you been on them? How many times a Day? I agree w/ Laura. Ask/Tell your DR, you can/want to take Full Dose at Nite. :) It's important that he is Aware of Any Changes. :)
You could/should get another Opinion. :) Ask your Pharmacist. :) They know more about Drugs & side effects then Most DRS. :)
