I've been trying (obviously not hard enough tonight considering what time it is right now!) to get more sleep. Naps, if you can fit them in really do wonders. I have an 8 month old daughter who takes naps. I've never been a napper but now I try to take a doze when she does too. I feel better when I do, less ticks.
