Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I just had a hysterectomy. The dr. took a picture of my sick uterus. The uterus is about the size of a fist; mine was the size of a bowling ball.
I was in a lot of pain. I knew i had made the right decision in having the hysto but being able to see what was making me sick and how disease my uterus and ovaries were helped.
The pain is gone. I am about 8 days from my surgery. I am recovering well. Having some hormone issues; but hope to get those worked out soon.
Know that my heart goes out to all those who suffer with endo and fibroids. I did not want to have surgery and wanted a cure. I had to have a hysto before the disease destroyed my health. God Bless you in your search for wellness.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
