Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I'm new to this whole endo thing and one thing I hate about it is the pain comes out of the blue. I'll be fine and then literally a minute later, I'll be doubled over in pain. I'm trying to figure out patterns or things that trigger my pain. So...what triggers your pain? Does anything? Or does it seem to come out of the blue like mine?
My whole body can ache in the morning like you. I am only beginning to notice it, so I am still trying to figure it out. I think it is worse when I am going through a bad patch with pain, so maybe it is more to do with endo than the way I was lying. Odd !
