Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
It kind of sounds like your pelvic muscles are spasming. Have you ever tried Pelvic Floor Therapy? I did it for about 8 weeks before my last surgery & although it didn't take away my "endo pain," it definitely helped with the muscle spasms that I felt in my abdomen, vagina & rectal are, food for thought.
Hope you start to get some relief soon, what you are going through sounds terrible!
I understand the feeling and the pain after my lap like 1 month later, i started getting that same pains, and i would stand still and just try and breath slowly as well and try and keep clam,
I couldnt even speak the 1st few times I got this pain, once in public the pain started and i just stood very still and my hubby was so confused and i couldnt explain to him what was happening until it passed.
the tieing of your shoes works well, i have tried that i have also had my hubby make as if he is tieing them for me while i hold on to him just bending abit over to relax for the pain to stop
hope some of these tips help :)
Thanks again ladies!
