Hello i'm on visanne at the moment and im having some side effects and im just wondering if anyone is having the same effects.

I have been on Visanne for 4 months. I am on a bunch of different medication so I am unable to really know which side affect is caused by what .....but since I did go on it I've gained a noticeable amount of weight and I have acne on my face beside that I found that it helped the pain a lot. But I might try to go off it for a bit and see what happens with my weight.

I've been on visa me for about 6 months. I did have weight gain with it, not too extreme though. but not a lot of acne. I did have a lot of mood swings when I first started it as well

Hi ladies
I've been on Visanne for 6 months until January 2017, I've gained 8kg and I cannot take it, how long does take for the progesterone to leave your body? I have been experiencing spotting for 4 weeks now, I lost my period ever since I used Visanne so it's starting to come back now. I would like to know is there anything I can do to get rid of the weight I gained? I am training 5 days a week and I do follow a healthy diet. But nothing seems to happen. Any idea on how to stop the weight gain and how long does it take for your period to go back to normal? TIA
