Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I just wanted to show a little love for one of the most active and knowledgable members on this board. She's been waiting for a long time to have excision surgery and I hope she has a lot of pain-free days in front of her!!
mnGIRL, my doctor defiantly said to my fianc that it was no wonder I was in pain and discomfort. I think it is strange that he said that about the lesion too, so I will have him clarify, (my fianc is not the best messenger lol).
I am now super curious about this lesion on the right side of my rib area. I saw it on my short video and it is clearly next to my liver. I asked about this in another group and someone mentioned the possibility of endo of the diaphragm. This is pretty rare, but the area of the lesion seems right if I remember my anatomy correctly. Very strange, non of us were expecting any lesions that far up.
I can't believe I have to wait so long to get the full report! (ahhhh, I am so impatient!)
