I get pain in my thighs all the time. Lately it's been spreading farther down my legs as well. I didn't always have this pain though, it's pretty new for me as well, maybe like...the last 3-4 months? If that.

That, and the pelvic, hip, butt and back pain, is why I finally decided to ask my doctor for a pain medication.

I haven't had my surgery yet, so I can't really say anything about that, but the thigh pain has definitely been very real to me. Something that I find a little helpful is some kind of muscle cream (or icey hot).

I get inner thigh pains, its hard to explain.... but sometimes to the point it hurts to touch (like even clothing) . Never really associated it with endo, but i could totally see how it could be... also having had 4 laps i can say i've had that type of pain from my legs being in the stirrups for so long. I get thigh pain. It feels like a blood pressure cup squeezing the crap out of your thigh!

I get pain like @Happy said, also my pain radiates down into my right thigh when im hurting bad. Like a stabbing, shooting, pressure pain. It also travels to my hip and back like @Pookeystar said. It was so bad last night it was hurting all the way to my heel!

I too have had really bad leg pain, and even on top of that, its been hip, calf and lower back pain as well. For me, it almost seems like a cramping constant annoying pain. I think its just part of the endo, and even though Im on pain pills, it does not completely help. I take extremely hot baths and relax, I hope that helps! Feel better!

I had my first lap 3months ago and I also noticed new different symptoms, like they moved things and stirred up what u feel after surgery compared to before. but thigh pain has been bothering me for about a year or more now. mine feels like a constant achy crampy feeling from my hips and butt, down my thighs. when it's really bad my knees hurt. and the more I walk or stand the worse it gets.

I have been working with a physical therapist for endo and sex related pain. If you can afford to go and can find someone in network with your health insurance do it. It is the best thing ever. The therapist did a internal exam with one finger (no pain like when I go to the ob/gyn) and was like your muscles are very tight. She gave me exercises to do. One is to lay on your back, wrap your arm around one knee, lay the other leg out straight and pull your knee in towards your body. Do on both legs for 5 second each ten times twice a day. The same for the other two excercises I am about to mention. The second excercise you have your leg outstretched and pull your opposite knee across your body. Finally sit against a wall with your legs bent and feet together and pull feet in towards body. I have a sheet I can scan and email to interested members.
