anyone else find that on the rare pain free days they are super exhausted? i can hardly keep my eyes open and even typing is using energy i just don't have.

so many times!!!!! you have clue. ive felt so exhausted i thought i was going to have a heart attack just walking up the street. my body was so exhausted my heart was just pounding just trying to keep up. im going through that right now. you are not alone sweetie and i hope you find something that works for you

I used to be so fatigue that I could hardly function. One thing that made me feel this way, was that I would have insomnia. So I started taking melatonin for that and then I started taking folic acid & b12 pills for energy. I noticed a huge difference in how I felt.
