Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I've been on a hormone roller coaster. I've been on 4 different hormones since September, about to start #5. I had a period starting December 1st. I tried a bc pill for 5 days following that which made me sick, so I went off of it, and immediately started bleeding again. I've been bleeding very heavily since Thursday and today am passing massive clots. They are probably the size of my palm, if not bigger, and I've passed a few of them. Oddly enough, my pain level isn't too bad. Go figure!
Should I be concerned? Are they related to endometriomas?

Definitely let you doctor know. More than likely it's endo related.

Did you have a lap recently? It seems like that happened to me after I had a lap. Never happened any other time and did not happen after that either.

No lap lately. I used to have lots of clots all the time before surgery/being diagnosed and before going on the pill. These were larger than I remember them being. I think I just got used to not having them so much, so these were a bit alarming. I suppose I'll email the dr.

Have your periods been heavy at all while you've been on all these hormones? Sometimes they won't allow you to send the lining of your uterus like you should and it builds up. It may just be that you are finally shedding what all had built up the last few months.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
