Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I had surgery about three years ago to remove endo, a chocolate cyst, and fibroids. Then I had three months of Lupron after that. I was on birth control for about two years, but stopped because it made my severely depressed. For the last year I've used heating pads and over the counter medication for pain but nothing else.
My pain has been increasing getting worse with many symptoms returning over the past few months. I am most concerned about my period. The timing has become irregular over the last few months, and it is progressively getting shorter and lighter. I used to have periods that lasted around five days. Then it went down to about three with three days of light spotting afterwards. My last period was one day and then one day of spotting. The pain is getting worse not better as it is shortening. Also, there is no chance I am pregnant.
Has anyone experienced something similar before?

As for the pain, sound like you need some treatment! Surgery, Lupron, BC, etc. can all help. Then again, you know this, right? Just sounds like you are hoping for something else to come up. Well...why not try the holistic approach (diet and products, acupuncture and meditation)? If BC is a no, it is worth a try.
