Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

I had two laps last summer. The first one my gynecologist suspected endo, as two softball sized cysts were showing up on sonograms. She realized she was in over her head after going in, closed me up and sent me to a specialist. Had my second one a few months later with the specialist. Now, after a year of Lupron, the specialist is encouraging a hysterectomy. :-(
