Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

Since I am now vegan, I am going to make some food ahead of time. I am going to really clean the house to have a fresh, clean place to come home to.
I am making sure I have lots of movies, magazines and I am always reading books. I will also want lots of juice to drink... or something other than water.
My best friends and my hubby will be there to help me, too. I think that's what I need the most!
I think it depends on the extent of the lap and your mobility thereafter. My surgery itself was extensive--about 3-4 hours--and they removed a lot of awful stuff as well an ovary. However, I went home the same day and during recovery, sat on the couch most of the time, laying down only for naps and going to sleep at night. I found that I was most comfortable sitting up with a few pillows behind my back. It's been 15 days now and I can move around pretty well but am still sore. Hope that helps. :)
For the gas pains as it helps the body assimilate the co2 faster.
Pillow for ride home.
Loose dresses and big underwear (can't bear anything around the waist).
