Period after Lap and D&c not for miscarriage??

I had my lap and d&c (i was not prego and didn't miscarry) for endo purposes on December 4th. I have always been pretty irregular. AF last visited on November 28. 45 day cycle is way streched out. I have had brownish red (very very light. More ofto an annoyance) spotting since Monday. I have had a lot of baby making sex but really don't think I am prego. Took a test Monday before brown stuff. Has anyone else had this. Or anyone know how long it took you to get a somewhat normal cycle. Any feedback would be awesome. I spome to my Dr. But she bever answers my questions so my appointment for my new gyno isn't til the 24th. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have had some spotting after it cuz the doctor told me might experiece some bleeding or maybe not . But soon after also got on birth control shot because my periods usually really bad with painful cramps and lasting for 9 days without being on any birth control but now there very weird I went off the birth control and now just have spotting every so often doesn't feel like really period don't even get cramps with it ... so I don't know whats going on other than having hot flashes

I have had 4 laps... and for the first two... AF decided she wasn't going to visit and when she did decide to it was very light.. and then the other two i bleed for 60-90 days after the surgery.

Now I had a mini laparotomy done on 01/08/2013 and I have been spotting here and there(dark brown fleshy or fiberous, sorry if TMI), not too much mostly an annoyance because i could probably go without a pad but I am afraid to.

Anyway... I hope your new gyno will be of better assistance to you, hope you are doing well now.
