Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I know I have read others complain of this but I can't remember where I saw it. I have been having pain in my left rib for over a year. It used to be every once in awhile I would feel a jab and then it was gone. Since I have been off of the depo. shot, the pain in my left rib area and my lower pelvic area have been almost constant. All of the doctors I have mentioned the rib pain to have given me multiple answers as to why: an extra rib, I pulled a muscle, etc. No one has ordered an x-ray or any other tests.
Does anyone else have pain in this area along with the lower pelvic? If so, what have you been told?

If you haven't had any tests it's time to insist that the docs do something!
Switch to another if you have to but don't let them keep blowing you off! You have a right to be treated!
