Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
ok so i haven't been diagnosed with Endometriosis yet, but i do have 5 large cyst on my ovaries, (my left ovary is also triple the size it should be) that are painfully bleeding into themselves. they are being removed in about 2 weeks, where they are also going to look for endometriosis as my symptoms suggest it but the cysts do not look like endometriosis nor can they tell anything from the ultrasound.
the pain that comes with the cyst is usually off to my left pelvis area however after going to the bathroom today (bowels, sorry to gross you out) i have had severe pain where my uterus is, very central. i have just finished an extremely painful period so i am not due for another for about a month. i was supposed to work today, but i can't stand up straight as a result of the pain so i am resting on the couch making me feel lazy.
i am wondering if any one else had experience this kind of severe pain after using their bowels.
i am also wondering if any one has had the implanon birth control and if that was the known cause of your endometriosis?
i am hoping that after the surgery i will feel better and be able to participate in life again.

Im sorry, that hurts so much! There are times I almost pass out, but force myself to breathe and get air my lungs. So I know how you feel! Pain on the bowel is horrible!
