Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Heygirls, I have questions- i have been dealing with endo 23 years now- short story- i have had 13 surgeries now for endo- the last being in June where they took out the only ovary i had left, appendix, adhesions and endo- within a month the pain came back even stronger than b4 surgery!! has this happended to anyone here? and how are you dealing with it?

It's very possible that having had that many surgeries that the pain is from scar tissue.

I was just told by my doctor today that endo can cause permanent damage to nerves it may have implanted on. That is why I am getting it all yanked out at once and not messing around with it. Perhaps the surgeries, scar tissue or endo has impacted some nerves? Also, are you on any horormones that could be continuing to feed the endo?

I absolutely experience debilitating pain half of every month. I believe with every fiber of my being that the BEAST lingered in hidden places after my 3 surgeries 20 years ago. I have no doubt that my autopsy will reveal a belly full of endometriosis webbed with scar tissue. They'll FINALLY realize "Oh, that's why she couldn't poop or fully empty her bladder, or eat without throwing up". Based on past experience, the coroner will misdiagnose or fail to identify=(

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
