Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
This woman was on the radio today. According to her, men deserve to go elsewhere for sexual gratification when they're with "women who don't open their legs for their men.. like women with endometriosis".
I don't care what she has to say about sex, but women with a chronic illness dont deserve to be spoken about like that. We are strong and can still have fulfilling sex lives despite our illness.
Write to her and tell her to stop disrespecting us!!

Ladies,
It has become very clear that we have tried to make our point to Holly Hill. Its obvious that we are all angry and hurt regarding the comments she has made. I want to thank you all for stating your opinions and giving Endometriosis a voice in this fight. However, the language some of us use is taking away from the message we are trying to send and the dignity with which we are trying to send with it. We are a very proud group and I dont want to see us stoop to her level to show our disapproval. It is clear that she'll never have to go through what we all do on a daily basis and our voice is falling upon deaf ears. We wont forget her ignorance but its time to refocus our energy on helping one another and spreading awareness to those people who have a heart and are willing to listen. Thank you for your continued strength and support of the women who share this disease.
It's also interesting for me that I recognized a few faces on facebook from dailystrength :-)
It's really unfortunate that this event happened and that she seems to not understand what the issue is, but it's great that so many people were able to come together to defend themselves. A silver lining, indeed.
