Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I've had this problem on and off since 19, and in a constant blah state for the past 3 years. It sucks. Physcial therapy and yoga do help. Pilates also helps. Turns out that I had some endo growth which was tying muscles together which was causing much of the pain. They got rid of the growths they saw in a lap, but my pain still remains.
I'm about to head to a "gentle" yoga class now to try and work some of it out.
Does this sound right? If so, consider seeing a back doctor too, athough they aren't great with endo, but you may have a slight herniation where they could help...
Hugs, and support...
