Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
This is very random however when I couch hard or blow my nose I have sharp lower left abdominal pain. Had anyone else experienced this??

Sounds like it could be a cyst. Have you ever had one? They can be pretty painful. Mine hurt whenever I sneeze!

Yes happens to me on the right...I have cysts on that ovary.

I personally have not had that experience. However, it stands to reason that you could have an ovarian cyst.

I do get pain like this. It feels like something is being ripped out of my body. I have been told it is from adhesions.

I get some pains that feel like adhesions also. I have had some sort of pelvic pain everyday for the last 2yrs straight. They thought it was an orvaian cyst, I had two small ones but then a lap showed endo.

I've had that sort of thing too. I've always assumed it was adhesions, but if it's getting worse suddenly, that could be a cyst.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
