Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Hi all!
As of tomorrow, I am 3 weeks out from my Operative Laparocopy and Operative Hysteroscopy. To summerize, I had 9 ovarian cysts removed (that turned out to not be fluid filled cysts, but were made up entirely of endo) and my doc removed a whole bunch of Stage 4 endo, that we didn't even know I had. Last week, I had my first Depo Provera shot to keep the endo from growing out of control again.
I have to say... I feel GREAT. And honestly, I didn't really feel all that bad to begin with, but now that I can ascess how I feel today versus last month, I can't believe the difference. I am SO SO glad I had the lap done, even though I wasn't sure I could do it. Wow, what a difference. I'm happy to tell you that my energy is suddenly all back and physically I just can't believe the difference. I still have a little incesion tenderness and my belly button is taking FOREVER to heal, but aside from that I am a new woman.
I know a lot of posts can be scary and negative. I just wanted you all to know that there really is a bright spot to things sometimes, and everything isn't horror stories and fear. I am just so happy I found this group. Thankfully, I have a place to go when the chips are down (because I'm under no illusion that things will magically run smoothly from here on out), and there will be people here who understand. Don't know any of you personally, but I love you all! Thanks for being here when things are good and when things are bad. Hopefully, we'll all have more days up than days down!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
