Hi all I haven't posted in a few weeks. But, I began Lupron on March 1st. I thought I was feeling better, I wasn't having much pain, if any at all (most days better than not) and seemed to be tolerating the shot well, considering. I'm also taking the Add-Back everyday as the doctor suggested. Two days ago I began feeling different, kind of back to my old self so to speak. My legs were achy (which I always have when I have my periods). Then last night I began bleeding, I feel exhausted, and having the cramps and lower back aching. It's like a normal period (without the heavy bleeding). Does this sound normal? Has anyone else experienced a "period" while on Lupron. Isn't the point of the Lupron to stop this and if the ovaries are "shut down" it should not be normal to get this or maybe it is? I'm totally confused. Should I call the doctor or does this seem normal? I'm frustrated I thought I was going to feel better and now having a "period" I just feel crappy like usual. Granted the "period" is NOTHING like it usually is but its still annoying cause I feel just as bad if that makes sense? Anyway any advice or thoughts would be much appreciated.
