Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Well ladies, after a long chat the doc has decided that my problems seem to be interlinked some how and instead of throwing more drugs at me I am going to for double whammey of a laparoscopy and cystoscopy at once. Also maybe the Mirena Coil.
Either in 2 weeks orrrrrr 4 weeks depending on when he can fit me in. If I'm lucky it'll be on my birthday (4 weeks) hehe.
I feel relieved it's going to get looked at... a little nervous they won't find anything.

I am totally with you. My lap is in 2 weeks and it seemed like they wanted to get it done right away to see what is going on. It's a relief to think it might help and nerve wracking to think it might do nothing. I totally know.
I just hope you are feeling better soon. That is a double whammy! But I agree, I mean, how much drugs can we take?! It never really seems to help and then gives a million other side effects.
I just hope we can all get some relief!
