Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

Also I try to I swap my routines around too so I do a combo of pilates and weight training with different days focusing on different areas of my body. When my pelvic region hurts I'll try to focus on the upper half and do exercises that don't put pressure on that area but most of the time I just wait until the pain passes. Just try to listen to what your body needs and do what you can when you can.
That being said, if its really affecting your day to day life that doesn't sound right and seeing your specialist seems like a good idea. Good luck with it! x
2) Women with Endo and anyone with Adhesion disease should take care if doing high impact exercises. Remember, your organs and other parts inside are bound by strong, sticky "rope". The rough movement can pull and tug on things and can cause injury too.
I used to be an athlete. Thanks to Endo I'm not anymore. Have to rely on low impact exercises only. If you want or are able to do high impact, by all means enjoy. But remember to take it easy on your innards! :)
