I hope its the same case for you! :-) Weird, it was my right ovary as well!
Also, we can still function very well with issues to one ovary. My left ovary has been the less diseased ovary sice the beginning (rt has cysts and moves round)...and in IVF it is the one producing all the eggs. An amazing number of eggs. Doc says it's impressive. So guess I am saying it is normal to stress about this, how could you not? At the same time, no matter the outcome, this will be ok.

I only have one working ovary and the other ovary was streaked. Which means it wasnt fully formed.
