In early December I was hit twice really hard over my right ovary. I had severe pain and bright red spotting, and I just thought my cyst ruptured on that side because I had a similar thing happen before. Since I was hit though I've had unusual (for me) right sided pain, pressure, and my lower abdomen looks pretty swollen.

Well, i went in for my routine transvaginal sonogram. I told my Dr. that I thought I ruptured my cyst, or that it leaked. The sonogram showed that my rt cyst shrunk by almost half. She said it's just a coincidence and that she doesn't think it was from getting hit. Then she said everything's fine.

So I looked it at my sonogram report and it says that there is no arterial flow to my right ovary... Isn't no blood flow bad? I've had dozens of sonograms before and all when my cyst was huge and I always had good blood flow.

Has anyone had experience with something like this? Should I be worried about like a partial ovarian torsion? I left a message for my doctor to call me back, but I don't know if I'm overreacting, or if that hit did some damage.
