I didn't really think much of my "spotting" because I'm under a lot of stress. I'm on continuous birth control and not supposed to have a period I've now been bleeding for almost 2 weeks and I'm really not sure what to do? Let it take its course or call the dr? Help please!!

Sunday when I got out of work I peed and had something very strange come out with the pee. I didn't take a picture of it but when I looked up pictures on the internet it looked similar to a picture that was labeled as a 6 week miscarriage. Any thoughts of what it could have been? It is next to impossible for me to get pregnant right now. But I'm not sure what else it could have been.
