The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

Devastatingly, an endo sister tried to end her life and is now in a coma. Remember through you struggles that we are not alone. In honor of our sister and her struggle for life we are asking us all to light a candle at 7pm on Thursday evening (your time, whenever 7pm is where you are)and say a prayer(or whatever it is you believe in) for her and for a cure. We will stand all together!

omg is she on DS?? is there any way that you can message me who it is? i would love to send her a message and let her know im thinking about her. thanks for letting us know and please keep us posted! i really hope she finds some comfort and gets better. i feel so horrible to hear about this.

Well hopefully she will come out of the coma. It was posted on FB through Sallie who works for the Endo Foundation of America. She is not giving out her name though. All we can do is keep her in our prayers. :)

So upsetting. Please let's all pray no only for her, our Endo sister but for her family & loved ones...
Suicide is never the right answer, even if this person/anyone who is thinking about this... as it leaves such a devistating effect on all who are involved in her/your life... Death alone, by itself is a hard process but when a life is ended it is much harder. Please ladies let us send our thoughts & prayers to her & her family. All of us know that the people in our lives would do anything for us rather than take this option. Please send your love & prayers to her & her family.

Please if your having thoughts of suicide or hurting yourself, ask for help. Speak up. Find someone, anyone and tell them.

i pray that God brings our sister out of the coma and that she is not only ok from the attempt, but also that she is able to find some relief from this horrific disease. this post brought tears...it's absolutely heartbreaking. all i can think of is of how bad she must have been hurting in order to try and end her own life. my thoughts and prayers will be with her.
