While the emotions associated with being an "empty nester" can be painful, it can also be a time of new adventure. Many couples report that they now have the time and the focus to be with each other in a way they never have before. It would be great to hear from those of you who have reconnected with your spouses to fill your nest with a different kind of affection and create a place that their children will enjoy flying back to ... on occasion.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
