I am sorry to hear you're struggling, but glad you recognize there's a problem and are taking action by seeking out advice. I can relate to you with the anxiety/not wanting to eat thing. We both use not eating as sort of a coping mechanism to deal with other things (not good, but that's its purpose). The key is to find other, healthier ways of dealing with your feelings and stressors. I am working on this now myself, so I unfortunately don't have specific advice to give you.
Have you ever thought about seeing a therapist? I think it would be really good for you. As you seem to be aware, food isn't the issue...there are deeper issues underneath. Therapy can help you work through some of these issues, so that you don't have to use not eating/disordered eating to cope.
I can understand how your mom's actions stress you out. Have you tried talking to her and telling her how you're feeling/what you're dealing with? It sounds like she really loves and cares about you, and I am sure she would do anything for you. Having a supportive family member can make all the difference.
Again, I am really glad you came here seeking advice and are taking action before things get worse. You're very wise for that. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to support you, and feel free to message me if you ever want to chat. What you're going through is tough, but you're even tougher. You will get through this.
