If you can manage it, try to get some protein in you before working out. This way your blood sugars will remain stable and it provides longer lasting energy supplies to the body during the workout. It should hopefully relieve some of the urges in binge on junk food.
Also, I'd try to force yourself to eat healthy things when you get the urges. And then, after a normal amount, sit with the feeling. It will take about 30 minutes for your brain to process it is full. If you are still hungry after 30 minutes you can eat something else healthy again.
"Ultimate Weight Solution, The 7 keys". It did wonders for me. I would recommend it to anyone with ED because it teaches how to reduce over loaded emotions that build up causing the compulsions to binge. It also teaches how to break unhealthy food cravings. It gives healthy ways of eating and how to not allow external forces to cause you to binge, like,,, food commercials, driving by fast food restaurants, how to immediately remove the thoughts what negative people say, negative things you see, that kind of thing.
always here if you need to talk x
A suggestion, try eating fruits. They have a lot of natural sugar and will boost your energy fairly quickly. Also, they are healthy.
