Because ED doesn't want you to feel normal. It is inside your head. You have to kill it with your thoughts. You deserve to, and you are worth fighting it for! Fight back...

That is the ED talking to you. Shut it up by allowing your voice to speak. Come back with a rebuttal statement like "I am eating because I am hungry, I need the nutrition and that is what normal people do!" Then go tell ED to kiss your ass:)

Feelings are thoughts that cannot reconcile themselves in your thinking. Its perfectly normal to have "feelings", you have to learn to identify them, accept them, detach from them, by stepping away, trying assimilating the information, then distract yourself, go for a walk, listen to your ipod, but concentrate on the distraction, really embrace it. DO NOT INDULGE THE FEELING BY DESTRUCTIVE ACTIONS. Hope this helps xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

ED is a B*#@ard! I agree with the others, we need to shout back and let it know we understand we need food to LIVE!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
