Remember that if you fall of track, be forgiving to yourself. After all, if you had a car with a flat tire, would you crash the car?

Since you asked about suggestions, I like to think of recovery as a slow baby step progress. Like doing something you are 10% sure that you can do. I'll give you an example. I could not go in public in a swimsuit. So I had to do the 10% which was to put on the swisuit in my bedroom. Then I was 10% sure I could go in the backyard and get in the jacuzzi. Then I became 10% sure I could walk a little in my backyard. 100% is too much. So small goals are great then you dont feel like a failure.
You're here and thats huge! Now you can get support (except for those who flip out) but there's many more people here willing to support you. Keep coming back. So more is yet to be revealed. Peace.
Thanks for the support. Hope I did not write anything that was inappropriate. Thought it was OK to express ones struggles. Since I am on the mend the "Craving" for more food has subsided. Sometimes when you have the flu it kills your appetite, but this seemed to do the opposite. Anywho, walked ten minutes today, also went to a meeting (was a general support meeting). Will go to overeaters meeting Wednesday. Also was strong enough to go to the Farmers Market, buy healthy foods.
In my Overeaters Meetings there are no rules as to what you can talk about, just Binge-a-Logs are discouraged.
Thanks again for your insightful responses.
