On a more practical note, is there any way you could have on hand some meal replacement bars or drinks that can help you slowly gain back the weight you may need to accomplish to "fix" your labs so they come out better? That way you can still keep something inside you while you're working.....Sorry I can't offer much more than this, it's been about 11/12 years since I've worked at a job. On disability for 9/10 years, I know things have changed on the job since I've been in the working business. Please try to take care of yourself. Hope this helps.
