I have been eating so much lately. I'm pretty sure I have gained a couple pounds. This is not okay with me. I feel fat and squishy. I really need to work out but I had to go and sprain my ankle. I need to work off all of this grossness. I wish I had the will power to control my eating like I used to. I really don't know what to do. My plan was to work out four times a week this quarter. I am supposed to go to the gym tomorrow between classes. I need to decide if I am just going to work out through the pain and risk my ankle getting worse or if I would not work out and risk getting fatter.
