I've actually had something different for breakfast.
I had a measured amount of Sugar puffs with a measured amount of milk - which in total it actually works out less calories than the weetabix.
I feel....OK about it at the moment but it kind of feels....unsafe?
I've been steered away from my normal food. I just keep telling myself that it's actually less calories and change is OK. Nothing bad is going to happen.
