I have been bulimic since last december and just recently is when I began to throw up more often. I now throw up almost every night, (sometimes I will skip a day) and when I do throw up, I wont stop until I physically cant throw up anymore. I will sometimes throw up 3 times a day. I have seeked supportive help from family and friends, but now I am beginning to wonder if thats not enough to save me from this. How bad have I damaged my body and what should my next step be?

I can't say how much you have damaged your body as I am not a doctor but I would encourage you to do just that.. go see a doctor. He/she will probably be able to give you an idea on what the next step should be.

You can die during any purge, regardless of how long you've been active in the disease. You need to seek professional help, I don't want you to die (or anyone). You know you need to. Please?

Hi, Yes you need to seek help with this damagng behaviour. I am not sure what provision you have there, but I would suggest a Dr appointment, or perhaps talk through with a school counsellor or nurse, once you have been referred to a team you will get a medical assessment and dietetic help, also come counselling to help you through your worries, don't struggle on alone, I should think your family are also struggling to help you and there may be some help for them too. Best of luck and I urge you to do this now whilst still young.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
