the other day i had eaten some cereal and i was fine, a couple of hours later i went really shaky when i was thinking about food and when i eat some i got worse with shaking.. does anyone have any idea what it is?
also at the min i have started like having black out for a couple of seconds and going really dizzy when i stand up again does anyone know what this could be?

sorry to add another, but if it's happening when you transition from sitting to standing up, theres a good chance it may be your blood pressure. when you see your doctor you could ask him/her to take your bp sitting down then standing up, it's probably dropping when you stand up. things my doc have told me to help this are eating more sodium, staying hydrated, gatorade

I have low blood sugar.. And when my sugar drops i have alot of those symtoms.. U Should have ur blood sugar checked out.. I hope u feel better... Please get that checked out..

thanks for that :) i had an appointment with my therapist so i mentioned it to her and she said its low blood sugar levels and to eat when i feel like this :) xx
