i wish i knew could someone tell us both
you're more than a number
When I FEEL unattractive, nothing looks right to me. Hair, make-up, clothes, etc. There are a lot of mornings where I'll feel a little chubby, and end up throwing the hairbrush, the hairdryer, the clothes, and the make-up bag because I get SO FRUSTRATED because I just don't look "right."
The silly thing is, I look exactly the same on those days as I do on every other day. I just don't FEEL the same. So, no matter what my eyes can logically see, my brain is seeing something else entirely and pissing me all off.
Plus sweatpants do make you comfy, but you might gain more weight without knowing. So if you wear pants that feel fine and they are getting tight you know it's time to cut back a little, all depending what ED you have of course.
i had to buy a size FOURTEEN (UK sizing) skirt from H&M not so long ago.
and ok, it fits me amazingly, and looks a lot better than the size 12s that dig into my love handles, but the thought of me wearing size 14 makes me feel ill.
i guess you have to try and see past the number and focus on how much better it looks than squeezing into clothes that are too small.
and besides, no one else would know what number is on that label, unless you tell people. like me.
