So I've been doing "really well" with the Anorexia side of things for about a month now.
My problem is that I'm pushing that self destruction button again. I've started cutting and now I've punishing myself for eating as well. The only way this is going to head is towards restriction.
I've got major stressors going on with home and family life so I know what my trigger is. I just wish I could cope without wanting to destroy my body. I just feel like I have to and Anorexia is rearing it's ugly head again.

i feel ya,ive found myself in that situation so many times before!! i self harm also as a way of "punishing myself" for eating, its not healthy to be doing this to ourselves,i know that much!!!!! i too constantly fall back to into eds hands but its not a good thing,i feel that you know this as you are aware that u are falling back into ed, please try keep FIGHTING ED!! you ARE better than this, keep thinking positive and dont use ed as a way to cope with all the stressors at home, perhaps talk to all those at home ,let them know whats goin on?

Sounds like you are replacing one disordered behavior with another and not really getting better. I'm so sorry you are struggling.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
