as many of u remember, last year some of us did a secret santa thing on DS where those of u who wanted to participate were assigned someone else who wanted to participate and u bought them a gift and mailed it to them and someone else mailed u a gift....this worked out really well last year...email me if u want in this year!

This sounds like such a cool idea! It sounds like something I might want to do, but can you give more information?

About how much money would we spend on the person? Do we ever find out who they are (should we put a return address or letter or anything?)?

I think other people who weren't in on this would appreciate some more details, so maybe you or someone else who did is last year could explain more about it. I would appreciate it!

I would so do this, but my parents will kill me. I will do it next year when I'm in college though.

..just a thought why don't the UK ladies do their own secret santa group? I may do this, I'll let you know...what is the $ point?

I think that having the uk do their own secret santa is a good idea. it is more cost effective and easy. if there are enough people, i say go for it! :)

alright guys if u r in then please message me ur name and mailing address so that i can give it to the person i assign to u and i will then send u a message with the name and address of the person u will be buying for

i think $15 is a good limit? if u think this is too costly let me know when u message me ok?

and please message me ASAP so i can get a count on how many DSers are doing this and work out who gets who!

o and yes u do put ur return address on the present ....that way the person finds out who their secret santa was once they get their present....that way they r only in suspense until they receive their gift =) and also that way they can say thank u because they know who sent it!
