Think about how to add a few small other unscary foods that might help you round out the day nutritionally. If you just eat fruit, so are getting lots of some vitamins, but missing others.
For protein, I find cans of tuna to be not too scary. It's 100% protein and only like 100 calories per can.
Plain raw almonds are packed with nutrition and only good fats. Plus, they aren't filling.
Anyway, those are my fallback emergency safe foods.
i agree with you guys though too as fat free yogurtl and canned tuna are also my 'safe' foods
