I would think constipation would be an issue. What kind of symptoms?

Yep - its normal. It might take your body two or so weeks to regulate itself again. Try to hang tough in the meantime. It WILL get better. I promise!

i quit taxing laxatives and waterpills about 8 months ago or so. at first i felt aweful, couldnt go wout them. it was very very uncomfortable. but like anything else (as long as permanent damage isnt done) once you get past the discomfort and start to eat a little more normally(still working on that one) you begin to feel a little more "normal" inside.

yeah, your body will go through withdrawl to some degree or another based on how many you've taken and for how long, etc.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
