Before you decide to restrict, have any of you decided to have what you would consider 'a binge' just purely to gross yourself out and make sure you will still want to restrict in the morning.
I've done this before and was wondering if it's a common thing to do among restricters.

For me it's more, I binge and then I feel like I need to restrict to "make up" for it...I don't know if I decide to restrict though I either...at least not lately...I get what you are saying though.

I will look at food and either go through and chastize the ingredient lists or if I am out at an event or restaurant, I will think about what someone may have "done" to the food, germs. I will come up with all kinds of excuses as to why I can't eat something in order to restrict. I will then put in the same effort to justify what I do eat- organic, whole foods, healthy ingredients, etc. I know... takes a ton of effort and time...wasted.

I've never done that and I wish you wouldn't consider restricting or binging coming fresh out of IP. I hope you can recovery another chance. hugs, babe

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
