Im so sorry, I dont know what to say... I feel like you shouldn't be focusing on hiding this, its not helpful top you at all...
I have no info whether this will show up... go in, tell them the truth, and use them to try and continue on...
Just be honest with your treatment center, they are there to help. If you hide it, it can become, and probably will become, worse. Also, purging can cause serious internal damage and if you wind up in the ER with something mysteriously wrong then your treatment center can say "yes she's purging" and then the doctors know what to look for.
As a side note I'm now overly cautious about side effects from purging/restricting and I ALWAYS tell people when I go for a visit what I've been doing (either purging, restricting, etc). I've had problems and being sent to the ER before, my doctor always can call ahead and say "I'm sending a patient over, she has a history of anorexia and bulimia and is complaining of...". It might suck being that honest, it might make you feel uncomfortable, but ultimately we are talking life and death situations at certain points.
So please, be honest. Do it for your life, it is so worth living and while you may not think it is good to be alive at this point things will get better, I know that will happen. Don't risk everything just to hide your ED. Plus if you're hiding it, you're caving into your ED desires. BE HONEST!
