I can't stop eatting and thinking about food all the time even when I feel sick i am so full i am thinking about wot i can eat next. Then i feel so guilty i have to get it out of my system. I know i need help but i can't see a docotor !

OK, so no GP, but they are your best bet as a first port of call. There are helplines like 'beat' (Beating Eating Disorders, formerly the Eating Disorders Association) where you could talk it through and see what other options there are. Do you have a friend or family member who you could talk to? I'm sure they'd be distraught to know you're this upset - I am, I don't even know you! Obsessing about food is not a nice way to live, we all know that, and the advice we're giving is from experience. Please, please don't despair.

Hed just go absoultly mental if he knew, we don't get on and it would make it so much worse. Theres no one i can really tell
