I am really scared, I cannot not stop restricting. My weight and clothes keep going down rapidly. I see a psychiatrist, therapist, have a community mental health worker, dietician who specializes in eating disorders and am going to OA. I can't stop the behaviour. I need some control in and other wise what feels like out of control life and world !!

I know how you feel! For me, all I can do is focus on other things until something in me decides it's over.

i lost control and i ended up in inpatient.....i would recommend that you go somewhere so people can help you eat....i know it seems like it'll work to help, but it WON'T...it's not healthy.....i'm on supplements and multivitamins and my EKGs were off among other issues.....maybe your therapist or psychiatrist can recommend places....there are other ways to get control....you have control over your relationships in life....i hope this helped...we're all here for you and we'll support you, but NOT your ED

Im ready to start...
