Muscle spasms/twitching

I'm having so much muscle spasming /twitching... It's like my muscles have there own pulse like I get it in my stomach too but it hurts... My muscles pulse so hard I move like in class my leg twitched nd I kneed my desk nd I rose from my sit.. Today my stomach pulsed so hard nd painfully I gasp nd jumped... Does anyone know if this has to do with lack of eating?

Sounds like your electrolytes are out of balance. I had severe muscle spasms due to this. Drink Gatorade or Powerade plus get a test for this asap. Electrolyte imbalance if severe enough can cause death and heart problems.

Hello, I am new to this Group. Yeah, I was having the same EXACT symptoms. Same places. sometimes my legs would be so stiff from such a bad spasm. I am on muscle relaxer. but that was not helping. My counselor told me that can be caused by psych meds. which I am on quite a few.

So I ended up in the ER--ambulance...dad would not take me" :) doctor put me on Lorezapam. 1mg. :) and it is much better. can type better, don't drop things like I was.

Also could be potassium low, mineral, vit. deficiency....?
I hope you find out because it is nice to not have it anymore.
and talk to a dr. like everyone said plus blood work.
