so, I recently hurt my shoulder and wrist, and I'm supposed to be taking medicine for it so it heals better or faster or something, but I haven't been able to because I'm supposed to take it with food or it will hurt my stomach (ulcers or something, I believe)... I dunno what kind of help I can even ask for from anyone, the only suggestion I can expect is to eat so I can take the meds..

Your right easy answer: Eat food, take medicine. But I understand, I have been in a similar situation. My mom would make plates and arrange fruit snacks, toast and dry cheerios in little pictures. Like flowers haha. She would sit there and make me eat it so I could take me medicine. I know it's hard! Maybe try ensure? Its like a nutrition drink. I get it in the vanilla shake flavor. It's like a trick to your mind because your eating, but it's like your just drinking something. I hope you can take your medicine, I know you probably want your shoulder and wrist to get better!

as difficult as it may be your are going to have to take in some nutrition, ensure is a good idea. the shoulder and wrist must be very painful if you went to the doc. you can heal better and get some needed nutrion in your body. i know it isnt easy, but there are many drinks out there that are meal replacements and you dont have to chew. good luck.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
