I'm very unhappy with my weight, I had lost a lot a the psych ward, maybe 20 pounds, and have gained most of it back. But am going to try to lose about 7-10 pounds by the end of this month, as I don't want my weight to continue climbing. Doc told me 150 was a good weight for me, I'm close to 175 now--yuck.
It's not for lack of trying not to purge that I don't do it, it's the meds. Frequently I have my mouth fill with acid and when I am looking for some place to spit it out, it doesn't come back again. Guess I should be thankful for that. But I think that bit that makes it to my mouth is still damaging my esophagus. I take Nexium in the morning and Zantac at night [300mg]. I'll try to talk more later this weekend. It's supposed to storm tonight, when that happens I unplug my computer, if the thunder and lightning get too bad or too close. Take care.
